What Jim Andersen doesn't like about The Pullman:
I was disappointed in the food. With all these 5 star reviews i just dont see it. It was pretty expensive so my expectations were high. Between my wife and i we had devil eggs, tomatoe soup, waygu burger and fries and chicken. Wife and i both agree it was not very good. It was fancy bar food at best! Service was good, cant say anything negative about that. View all feedback. What Nicole Herzog likes about The Pullman:
Our dinner at the Pullman was outstanding. From the fried pork rinds, to our main course, through dessert(don't skip dessert—it will be worth it! were fantastic! The food is thoughtfully presented and the combination of flavors is on pointe. We highly recommend the onion fettuccine, and the ricotta donuts along with the pistachio tiramisu for dessert. I would be remiss if I didn't mention our incredible server, Kim.... View all feedback.

read moreThe Pullman restaurant in Glenwood Springs has received glowing reviews from multiple satisfied customers. The menu offers unique and delicious food options, with recommendations from attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff making the dining experience even better. Dishes like the chicken liver pate, local mushrooms, and desserts like sorbet with mint and salted chocolate pie have been particularly praised. The chef's creations are consistently excellent, whether it's pork, beef, fresh fish, or homemade pasta. The atmosphere is lively yet still allows for conversation, and the service is both friendly and professional. Overall, the Pullman is a must-visit restaurant in Colorado for those looking for an exceptional dining experience.
