Today I purchased 2 junior Frostys for my children at the restaurant, and discovered what appeared to be either strands of hair or facial hair in one of them. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but unfortunately their phone number was not functional.
Despite the confusion and errors in our order at Wendy's, we were ultimately satisfied with the taste of the sandwiches we received. It was disappointing to find partially melted shredded cheese on our chicken sandwich, and the lack of clarity on the menu about the differences between the bacon cheddar options added to our confusion. The order screen also failed to display one of our items, further complicating the process. Additionally, the employee who took our order seemed impatient and rushed. However, we understand that mistakes happen and appreciate that our food arrived promptly. Overall, despite the mishaps, we will still consider returning to Wendy's in the future. The chicken sandwich, despite the cheese issue, was enjoyable.
I have to be honest, the Wendy's app was a disappointment. However, the service we received from the friendly and professional waiter named Matthew was top-notch. He was understanding of our issues and was able to assist us. My friends and I left with full bellies, smiles on our faces, and a new friend in Matthew. Thank you, Matthew. Wendy's could definitely teach other companies a thing or two about customer service.
On March 16, I noticed an employee pull out their phone while handling my card near the machine reader. I’ll provide an update soon. Just a heads up: they tend to charge extra if you’re not paying attention. The first two times, I shrugged it off, thinking it was a mistake, but the third time the employee seemed anxious and quickly refunded my money, as if he was aware of the issue.
