We had made a reservation, but it was very cold outside. The restaurant was busy, but there was a table available in the main dining room. However, we were seated in the back section, behind the cashier, where we were constantly hit with cold air every time the door opened. We asked to be moved to the open table in the main dining room, but were told they were too busy to clear the table. Due to the cold temperature, we decided to leave instead of staying. It was disappointing, as we were excited to try their menu items. Luckily, we ended up having a pleasant dinner at a restaurant nearby.

The soups were tasty, the egg rolls were crispy, and the tiger cry was exceptional!

We were very disappointed with our meal at Thai Inbox. Several menu items were not available. What Thai restaurant doesn’t have Thai Iced Tea? My husband had one of the “Chef’s Specialties” and it had no flavor. Will definitely not return.

The service was poor during our dining experience.

I would give the food two stars, but the service deserves zero stars. The food is definitely better than what you get at Thai Inbox in Wilmette. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. My Red Curry dish was supposed to have Thai eggplants, but there weren't any in it. I also asked if I could bring a cake to celebrate a birthday, and they said it was fine. However, after we finished our meal, they didn’t bring out the cake; instead, they told us we could serve it ourselves.
