Contribute FeedbackThai Inbox has left many diners feeling disappointed, primarily due to a lack of available menu items, including the all-important Thai Iced Tea. Guests have reported that dishes, particularly those labeled as "Chef's Specialties," lacked flavor and depth, leading to an unsatisfying experience. Additionally, issues with seating arose, as some patrons faced uncomfortable conditions due to cold drafts, causing them to leave before even tasting the food. Overall, the combination of unavailability, poor service, and flavorless cuisine has resulted in a hesitance among diners to return to this Thai establishment.
We had made a reservation, but it was very cold outside. The restaurant was busy, but there was a table available in the main dining room. However, we were seated in the back section, behind the cashier, where we were constantly hit with cold air every time the door opened. We asked to be moved to the open table in the main dining room, but were told they were too busy to clear the table. Due to the cold temperature, we decided to leave instead of staying. It was disappointing, as we were excited to try their menu items. Luckily, we ended up having a pleasant dinner at a restaurant nearby.
The soups were tasty, the egg rolls were crispy, and the tiger cry was exceptional!
We were very disappointed with our meal at Thai Inbox. Several menu items were not available. What Thai restaurant doesn’t have Thai Iced Tea? My husband had one of the “Chef’s Specialties” and it had no flavor. Will definitely not return.
We had a reservation. it was very cold outside. they were busy, but there was a table opened in the main dining room. Instead, they sat in the back part in a single row of tables behind the cash box, where each time the door was opened, we got a hurry of cold air. we asked if they would sit in the open table in the main kitchen room and we say they are too busy to clear the empty table. at this point we left instead of sitting in the cold. Too bad. we were looking forward to their menu points. had a very pleasant dinner in a restaurant on the street.
The suppers were delicious and the egg rolls were crispy and the tiger wine was divine!
