I ordered chicken soup, but it was spoiled. It was clear that the soup was bad. I've been here a few times before, and this has never happened. I completely lost my appetite, and I feel like I wasted $30. View all feedback.

My mother visited this restaurant and attempted to use a voucher for a free food item. Unfortunately, the staff member she encountered was rude and dismissive, stating that the offer was only valid at participating locations and that they didn't have to accept it if they didn't want to. She even went so far as to say they were fortunate to be open at all. Instead of this attitude, it would have been much better if she had simply said they couldn't honor the voucher. If a restaurant can't accept a coupon, they should clearly display a sign and politely inform customers, rather than making them feel embarrassed. After some back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to honor the coupon just this once. However, when I received my sandwich, the olives were stale and had an odd smell and taste. I’m giving this place 2 stars for at least accepting the voucher, but I won’t be returning.
