I tried the Italian Beef. It was good. Not the best in Chicago. I will try some other food next time. The people were great. Very friendly and were sure to ask me how everything was. I will return to try some of the other food. Bicycling;. Waukegan is not a good road to cycle. The business is accessable via side streets. They don't have outdoor seating or a place to lock up bicycles. View all feedback.

Compared to there competition around them this place is killing it and there holl menu is to die for but my favorite of the menu is the BOMMER

Great beef. My favorite sandwich of all time. I've enjoyed it since the 70s!
Have driven past this place for years and finally decided to stop in. What an absolute treat! The owner suggested I try a chicken sandwich, chose Chicken Caesar pita, and also sampled a couple other sandwiches. All excellent. Met a couple of regulars and now I understand why this place has been in business so long. Definitely will return soon. Btw, BEST Italian beef in and or around Chicago and neighboring suburbs.
