Description

Nestled in a bustling neighborhood, this restaurant boasts a familiar atmosphere typical of chain spots, yet struggles with service consistency. Many patrons appreciate the friendly staff and fast service, with the manager often going above and beyond to address customer issues. However, complaints about curbside pickup and long wait times for orders dampen the experience. Additionally, quality control issues, such as hair in food and wrong orders, have been reported. While some diners rave about their favorite dishes, like the Mediterranean Bowl, others express disappointment with the overall management and dining experience. A mixed bag, this venue shows potential but needs improvements to meet expectations consistently.

This takeout breakfast meal at the restaurant received top ratings in all categories. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a perfect 5. Prices were reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person.

The hazelnut coffee at this restaurant is good, but the atmosphere is a bit lacking. The meal type is categorized as "Other" and the price per person is between $1 and $10. The food received a rating of 1, while the service was rated a 4 and the atmosphere a 2.

I have visited this restaurant several times in the last month and noticed that someone else mentioned the employees in a previous review. While I am not overly picky, I have always found the staff at this location to be loud and complaining every time I have visited. Today, I ordered a soup and bread bowl, but when I returned to work, I realized I had been given a large soup instead. I went back to the restaurant and the employee told me that I had been charged for a large soup. I explained that the woman who took my order had repeated my request for a bread bowl twice. I had paid $9 for my order, but the correct price for the bread bowl was $10, so I offered to give him an extra dollar. The employee then took the large soup cup out of my bag, poured some of the soup into a small cup, and threw the remaining soup away. I was surprised and frustrated by this wasteful decision, as I had to return from work just so he could swap the soup cups.

Great prices and delicious coffee! However, I attempted to use a gift card, but it wasn't accepted. During my visit, there were also some mix-ups with orders. I'll consider trying a different place next time.

It seems like there's only one person working while three others are asleep. This has been the scene during breakfast almost every day! This is how I would describe the other issues at this establishment.
