What User likes about Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store:
It's not very different from other Oberweis shops, but that's where I go the most. The parking lot is a bit confusing, but if you find out, I had no problems. The ice is good and I get the greatest value when I buy 4 cartons. I don't think I'm buying ice cream that's often and it's nice to try ice cream. Good customer service. View all feedback. There were 5 of us who ordered, and all 5 orders lasted much longer than normal, and, understand this, all 5 orders were completely wrong and presented HORRIBLE. In addition, none of the staff looked at the age of 18 years, there were NO supervisors, and it seemed NOT properly trained. Hits the spot for ice cream Can be Crouded at times
Stopped in for ice cream last night. Very nice establishment, very clean. Staff was polite, efficient and the ice cream was fresh and delicious.
