I really appreciate that it’s not a chain, so you’re supporting a local business. While it can be a bit expensive, the quality of the fish is excellent, which I believe most people desire. However, the sushi section is clear and concise, with something for every sushi lover. And don’t forget to check the back page of the menu! That’s where I found the yellowtail and spring onion roll, which was probably my favorite of the four! If you’re ever in the area, I cannot emphasize enough how much I loved this place. It transported me back to my best sushi experiences in Boston and Japan, which is truly saying something.

The cold soba is perfect for summer, and the cutlets are served in generous portions! I'm excited to explore more of the menu and will definitely return frequently. They offer some fantastic lunch deals, and the full menu is accessible as well. The service is always top-notch, with Nobori often on hand to take care of you. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his business and is committed to its success. In the suburbs, this is a wonderful spot for both lunch and dinner, and I highly recommend it!
