Was User at Mozu a mag?
We decided to try a local restaurant we hadn't visited before, and we were thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service. Everything was absolutely delicious! View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Mozu:
This place used to be good several years ago, but now, their food is sadly mediocre. The salmon teriyaki I had was bone dry, bland, and tasted old. The portions were also very small for the price. Their maki and sushi were also just average at best. They also don't include things like chopsticks and soy sauce packets for take-out orders which is a shame. View all feedback.

When will you be reopening? You've been closed for over three months! Food rating: 5/5.

The food was decent. My youngest child enjoyed his "big mama" dish, but he doesn't eat Japanese food often. It was a bit pricey, particularly for the veggie roll Maki. They also charge extra for sauces and $2.50 for a can of Coke. I understand they need to increase prices to stay profitable, but they really need to focus on cleanliness; that was a big turnoff for me. If your restaurant has a dark decor, it needs to be cleaned regularly, including the mirrors in the main room and the bathrooms. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning. The staff was friendly, but they could benefit from having a better knowledge of the menu.

The food was fantastic! I highly recommend trying the appetizers; the Agedashi Tempura Calamari was perfectly fried and came loaded with vegetables. While some may prefer more meat, I enjoyed the balance that the veggies provided. The seafood udon was a generous portion and simply delicious. The ramen was also impressive, and I particularly recommend the Miso Ramen. Mozu is situated in an Asian plaza filled with various dining options, but I truly believe this restaurant stands out as a must-visit.

Their Don Katsu is my favorite in the area. It's classic Korean style Don Katsu, brings me back home :
