This was the first time I was disappointed with the dish at Lalo’s. I’ve eaten there often over the years but this time the cheese enchiladas sauce was lacking some thing and it wasn’t hot enough. The fried ice cream dessert was delicious and the free chicken soup Was very good as usual. The small margarita was quite large in fact, and very good.

I got salmonella poisoning from the cheese enchiladas 2 weeks ago. Someone on Yelp said that they’ve been multiple times and can tell that they use “old steak.” I cannot imagine what this kitchen looks like. Stay far far far away!!!

Come on, it's Lalos! I've been going to this place for nearly 30 years. I remember when my dad would take me here on the last day of school with all my siblings. It was wonderful back then, and it's still wonderful now! My dad has recently passed away, and visiting with my husband and my own children now brings back so many cherished memories!

My family was quite disappointed with our experience. The chicken was tasteless, and the queso fundido turned out to be a greasy, coagulated mess. The enchiladas suizas de pollo were extremely bland, and the sopes with ground beef also lacked any flavor. The only dish that had a good taste was the chicken noodle soup. We noticed that prices have nearly doubled over the last few years. Interestingly, the busser was more attentive to us than our server. Additionally, we were seated in a dark, uninviting corner for lunch. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
