Ju-rang - Glenview

Food (3 stars): The food was okay. There seemed to be a lot of fusion options, and they didn't provide any banchan. We ordered Bulgogi, but it didn't come with rice, which was strange. Overall, I would return for karaoke and drinks, but I wouldn't recommend it for just dinner. I would suggest getting takeout from Joong Boo across the street and then doing karaoke at dokaraoke.

This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. I will never return. Apart from the friendly couple in skeleton costumes, my two coworkers and I did not feel welcomed at all. The bartender, Jace, paid no attention to our questions about the prices and atmosphere of the karaoke booths we wanted to rent. Neither he nor the hostess smiled or engaged in friendly conversation while we waited for the food we had ordered. When the hostess, Ji Young, threw my food across the table instead of handing it to me, I found it to be extremely disrespectful. That's why I always ask for the names of those handling my food and drinks. The final straw was when I discovered that my to-go order didn't come with a fork.

This restaurant is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoy our visits here. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food is incredible. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely return in the future!

Meeting my college clinical instructor at Ju rang for some authentic Korean cuisine was a delightful experience. It made me feel like I was back in Seoul.

The food at this restaurant was incredibly tasty and full of flavor. We had a great time dining indoors and all of the staff were fantastic. We definitely recommend this place.
