What User doesn't like about Hackney's On Lake Ave:
the meeting for a disabled person was requested. we got a table in the middle of the room. three people at 3 different tables had to move to bring the wheelchair to the table. then the wheelchair remained a bit so that the waiting staff did not enjoy the chair every time they passed. We had 12 for a birthday dinner and eating and service was great!

My husband grew up Chicago and I heard stories of trips to Hackney’s before heading to the Bears game. So any trip back we look forward to a Hackneys burger and onion loaf to bring back those memories. Christmas time didn’t disappoint! The food and the ambience and service was amazing and the key lime pie was the best ever.
The employees were GREAT! so friendly and helpful. But I was disappointed with the Cobb Salad. The chicken was dry and tough. That's the second time...I won't order chicken again. I know Hackeney's is know for haburgers, not salads.
