Was Sallie Conn at Dunkin' a mag?
I visit this restaurant quite often, and I've noticed on a few occasions that there was only one employee on duty—a very young woman who looks no older than 18. She does an outstanding job and is incredibly polite. Overall, the restaurant is fantastic: it's very clean and runs really efficiently. View all feedback.
What Tom Oliver dislikes about Dunkin':
Is it really possible to mess up an order twice? Apparently, it can happen at this location. I ordered a wake-up wrap with sausage and a hot coffee, but I had to go back for sugar the first time and then a second time for the sausage. View all feedback.
I'm not sure what changed at this Dunkin' location. It used to be excellent, but lately the service has declined. The morning shift between 9 and 10:30 am has been especially slow. There's a new woman working the counter who could benefit from additional training to improve accuracy and help keep the line moving. Aside from that, the other staff members here are fantastic!
We ordered a grilled cheese and found a piece of paper inside the sandwich.
Why is there only one cashier working every afternoon when the store is packed with so many OLPH students? I just waited 29 minutes in line for a medium coffee I ordered through the app!
The store is disorganized, and many of the staff are not very helpful. The franchise owner is challenging to work with. I would suggest steering clear of this establishment.
The morning staff was wonderful. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy this Dunkin' location.
