I visit this restaurant quite often, and I've noticed on a few occasions that there was only one employee on duty—a very young woman who looks no older than 18. She does an outstanding job and is incredibly polite. Overall, the restaurant is fantastic: it's very clean and runs really efficiently. View all feedback.

Is it really possible to mess up an order twice? Apparently, it can happen at this location. I ordered a wake-up wrap with sausage and a hot coffee, but I had to go back for sugar the first time and then a second time for the sausage. View all feedback.
The store is disorganized, and many of the staff are not very helpful. The franchise owner is challenging to work with. I would suggest steering clear of this establishment.
The morning staff was wonderful. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy this Dunkin' location.
Is this location part of the Chicago franchise? I've noticed that the size of the donuts has decreased while the prices have gone up significantly. A small jelly donut now costs $1.45, and it's often only filled minimally! As a native Bostonian, I've started to prefer the bakery at Mariano's supermarket for my donuts. They offer a jelly-filled donut that's nearly twice the size for just 89 cents (it was 79 cents until recently), and their coffee is just as good, if not better, than Dunkin's.

I'm not sure what's happening at this location lately. It used to be great, but the service has really deteriorated. I've observed that the service is particularly slow during the morning hours, especially between 9 and 10:30 AM. There's a new lady at the counter who could use some extra training in accuracy and efficiency to help keep things moving along. On a positive note, the other staff members are fantastic!
