So, I went up to the counter to explain that I wanted the Impossible Whoppers, but they told me they couldn't accommodate my request. I’ve ordered this way at the same location many times before without any issues. This feels like discrimination to me. Additionally, I overheard the manager laughing at me in Spanish, which I understood since it's my first language. The way the employees treated me showed a lack of empathy and understanding. If my request had been due to an allergy, I’m sure they would have made the change.

I go to store I saw one crew grab rag under the warmer counter where you put all ready cook. Under it was. Leak the floor she grab it and put in the top.and leav it. And all your crew is roud and mean to the costumer. I think you need the crew love to work and happy to serve to the costumer. Thumbs down ??????? very very poor.

They are stating a 2 for 10 for meals which clearly states the impossible burger is included but I was charged full price for the meals. Even on questioning I was either ignored or just given very rude one word answers. When I asked why it stated that the impossible burger is stated on the deal I was told “I don’t know!!” I wasn’t even given a receipt so there’s no point in me going back there to fight it. Will not be going back there again! The staff need to know their deals!!
