We have been searching for a wood-fired pizza spot along the coast for ages, and Pizza Please did not disappoint! The pizzas were fantastic, and the atmosphere was really relaxed. We will definitely be back! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Please:
In my last three visits, I didn't have great experiences, but I decided to give this small local restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and lacked flavor. The cheese gnocchi was overcooked, and we had to reheat the Margherita pizza several times. As for the garlic focaccia, we're still unsure if it was just poorly presented or if the supplier was at fault. Overall, the meal was below average... View all feedback.
Our family ate here tonight. 4 adults, two 4 year olds and a 21 month old.The environment is absolutely lovely. Set amongst a treed garden with paths to follow and statues scattered throughout for the kids to find and fairy lights that add to the magical atmosphere. The wait staff, although young, are super friendly and helpful.Unfortunately this is where the charm ends. The website promises a childrens play area however one small piece of play equipment in a fenced astro-turfed area does not a play area make in my eyes. The food was a huge disappointment being way over priced and overall disappointing.Between us we ordered 3 different pizzas, one dairy free, a share antipasto platter and 3 different deserts. The pizzas were soggy and the toppings were sparce. One was made incorrectly and we had to wait while it was remade. The dairy free pizza was ment to contain dairy free cheese but did not. The waiter unfortunately dropped a piece of pizza on the way to the table and said he would bring us a new pizza immediately. Totally reasonable I thought but this didn't happen. The deserts, one of which was served in a paper take away coffee cup $12! were also very disappointing. The menu promised strawberries on one of the items but when it arrived without any, and upon my enquiry, we were informed they didnt have any. After the number of missing items, incorrect orders and unfortunate events we anticipated a discount on the bill. $170+ was reduced by $4. We definitely wont be back.
A hidden gem! The pizza was amazing, beautiful thin authentic bases and fresh delicious toppings 10/10!!
We got 2 pizzas and a Caesar Salad delivered. Pizza's arrived a bit cold, base was very chewy but lots of toppings that tasted great. The menu said the Caesar Salad would have croutons however there were none the salad was drenched in dressing to the point where it was pooling at the bottom. The only good thing was the toppings. I guess I'm still waiting for a good pizza place to pop up in Mooloolah!
Worst pizza I have ever eaten. No topping burnt base and too salty will never eat there again. Also way to expensive for the lack of topping.
