Glenside Pizza

I had a very, very, tasty and delicious meal today at the Glenside Pool, I very much enjoyed my meal from Glenside Pizza, thank you again and I definitely look forward to getting delivery and pickup from you guys again.

Awesome pizza and reasonably priced. Their wings are really good too.

It's not a dining establishment in the traditional sense; it's simply a space with a floor. Parking can be a bit challenging, as it's mostly on the street. However, the food is absolutely everything you could hope for, and the staff is fantastic.

I ordered boiled paprika, but they didn’t include it. The cheese on my dish wasn’t even melted. It feels like these restaurants no longer care about their customers. I paid $25 for two steaks, gave a $5 tip to the delivery driver, and ended up with a subpar sandwich where the meat wasn’t even sliced.

I’ve been supporting this local business for almost 10 years. While the food has never been exceptional, I’ve continued to patronize them to help my local economy. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I called at 8:35 PM to place a small order for pickup, and when the phone was answered, I was told, “Glenside Pizza, we’re closed for the night!” — just 25 minutes before their 9:00 PM closing time. It’s hard to believe. Professionalism and customer service seem to have become lost arts these days. I remember restaurants staying open right up until closing time, even serving customers who arrived just before they closed. I could understand if I had called at 8:50 PM or even 8:45 PM with a complicated order that would take 20 minutes to prepare. But this was not the case with Glenside Pizza.
