The cashier tells me they won’t take any new orders for 20 min because “there’s only 4 of us and we are overwhelmed and need a minute”. Excuse me?! She reiterates. I’ve filled a complaint to corporate. They need to fire the entire staff at this location. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The server seem like he had a bad... read more So I know my DoorDash for the area I was given a coupon. As I have never eaten at Whataburger, I thought I would give it a go. The server seem like he had a bad day and did not hand me the food but sort of throw it at me, the burger itself was nothing to write home about in fact it was a mess. I had burgers and a lot better condition than the one that I received the fries were cold and no care was taken. As far as atmosphere it was Thanksgiving so not a lot of people in there. I am very disappointed of the overall experience and I can say that the hype is not worth it. It’s just a burger no different than McDonald’s and not well-made.
