I recently enjoyed a fantastic takeout lunch from this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—easily earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The flavors were vibrant and satisfying, making it a true delight.
The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared quickly and accurately—another 5 out of 5 rating!
As for the atmosphere, while I took my meal to go, the restaurant had a welcoming and pleasant vibe that I appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a tasty and affordable lunch option!.

Went through the drive through and ordered a few meals. When I got my food the person at the drive through and handed me my food then slammed the window shut and walked off and wouldn’t let me ask for anything else. When I checked my food I was charged for 2 fries that I never got and then in my sandwich I had a whole core of a lettuce head. How do you put a whole lettuce core in a burger and not notice! Every time we visit this location, it seems to take an eternity, regardless of how many people are in line. On this occasion, around 1:00 AM, we chose this spot because another one had run out of chicken strips. I thought it wouldn't be a problem. I decided to go to the second lane, which was open, but I could hear the driver in front of me placing an order, and it sounded way more complicated than it needed to be. Once he finished, a car pulled up behind him, and she took that driver's order before mine. I started to think that maybe this lane was closed for the night, so I switched back to the first lane and waited a few minutes. Then a jeep pulled up behind me and went into the second lane, and they took their order before mine as well. At that point, I felt completely ignored. I decided to pull up in front of the jeep to talk to someone at the window. This turned out to be a mistake because as soon as I did that, they finally wanted to take my order. I waited in line for a bit longer but ultimately realized I could be waiting 30 minutes for my food after that, so we left. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
Very slow, not a one time issue either almost any time I come here they move at a very slow pace. And I have had multiple interactions when I go in never greeted or anything then the staff will look at you waiting at the counter to order them justcarry on with what they are doing and not even say we 'll be right with you feel like most any time I come here I end upleaving before I even order.
This restaurant location is an embarrassment to all other Whataburger franchises. This location should be closed permanently. It should never take a driver over an hour to pick up and online order. The food was cold obviously but this isn?t the driversfault. Every time I go to this location myself it?s the same thing. Abhorrent service, overwhelmed and unapologetic staff andobviously a location manager that should be looking for a new job. Or industry. This manager couldn?t even manage their way outof a box if they tried. I will discontinue my business with Whataburger in this city going forward. And I expect a full refund.
They are always incredibly slow. Whether it’s 2 AM with no one in line or 6 PM during the dinner rush, they take ten times longer than necessary. Today was the last straw for me. The drive-thru line was long, so I decided to go inside. I ended up waiting in the lobby for a single sandwich meal for a full 30 minutes. I really don’t understand how they can be consistently this bad. I assure you, this location isn’t worth your time; if you’re craving Whataburger, you’d be better off driving to Texas and back—I promise that would still be quicker.
A tall, younger guy approached and asked what the issue was. I informed him that I had received fries instead of onion rings. He told me it would take a few minutes to prepare them since they were just starting to cook. I was okay with waiting, but after about 10 minutes, I noticed the employees just milling around, chatting and laughing instead of working. I honked my horn, and the same young guy came to the window, appearing confused about what I was waiting for. He had a bag in his hand and mentioned that he was working on my onion rings, saying that they had fallen in the bag. I assured him it was fine and that I'd take them anyway. However, when I looked inside, they were all burnt. After waiting 10 minutes for burnt onion rings that I couldn’t even eat, I really didn't have time to return either. While the burger was great, his attitude and customer service were seriously lacking. Come on, do better!
