Subway - Glenpool
Subway
Description
This neighborhood sandwich spot can produce tasty subs when staff are engaged, but inconsistent service and upkeep undermine the experience. Customers report unfriendly or disengaged employees, slow order processing at peak times, and lapses in basic courtesy. Menu items and toppings are sometimes low or stale—hard bread, sparse fillings, and limited cookies were noted—and dining tables can be dirty. A convenient quick-lunch option if you catch a good crew, it needs better staffing and stock consistency to regain regulars' trust.

Tyler is hands down the best employee that we have seen there! He did such a great job with
I understand that minimum wage can be tough, but if I go in again and don’t even receive a greeting or acknowledgment, I'm walking out. Customer service in America seems to be lacking. Honestly, you don't deserve to be paid $15 an hour.
What happened to this Subway. It used to be so good. I barely had enough vegetables and sauce, and the meats were sparsely placed. Foot long bread only more like it. hope they recover soon and fast. I'm hesitant to go back now.
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The place was messy and unclean. Most of the bread was unavailable, and what I did receive was hard and stale. Many of the meat and vegetable options were low or empty, and they appeared to be old. There were only a few cookies in the glass container, and some of them were broken. To top it off, my sandwich wasn't even placed in a bag; I had to ask for one.
