I ordered a Super Arby's roast beef with double meat each time, and made it a large meal, but was never asked about the type of potato. I also ordered an apple chicken salad sandwich, but instead received a Scoop meal, which I don’t even recognize. I never order curly fries, yet they always come cold and unappetizing. It seems easier to just pull up and say I want a meal for two and let them give me whatever they choose since my orders are rarely accurate anyway. My husband works nights, and we only have a thirty-minute window to enjoy dinner before his twelve-hour shift. Arby's is his favorite, but it would be great if someone could focus on getting orders right instead of just rushing through them; accuracy is far more satisfying than speed.

The curly fries were overcooked and mostly consisted of leftover pieces rather than the usual curls. I won’t be coming back to this location. This visit was at 6:15 PM.

Even though I was the only customer in the lobby, it took 15 minutes to receive my roast beef sandwich, and some side items were missing from my order. The menu has great options, but the service definitely needs improvement.
