I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today around 9:30 AM. I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch, which is usually made incorrectly, but the girl working there made it perfectly this time. I was so surprised by how well it was made, with a proper mix of caramel, nuts, whipped cream, and coffee. The food was also cooked perfectly. I was extremely pleased with my visit this morning. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
the employee was very rooded and impatient during my order. I did not get what I wanted because the mixer was closed an hour before the actual closing. I do not recommend this facility. she was too busy on her handy and gossiping. terrible View all feedback.

I think no employee in a quality coffee shop like Starbucks should go beyond the limits of courtesy towards the customer. Courtesy is very important and I have never seen such an approach in any Starbucks branch. I couldn't even convince the employee that I wanted the coffee I always had. Also, 2 stars is for my coffee only!
When the numbered cash register lines are long and you have 1 or 2 items, you may want to ask nicely if they can check you out.
Never again, agree with all the negative reviews, 100%.
The coffee is disgustingly burnt and the server seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with my order, since they were busy on their phone.
