What Toby Kertzmann doesn't like about Mestizo Cocina Peruana:
Was quite excited to hear about a Peruvian restaurant. To be frank, I found the whole experience a bit average. The food was different in that it involved cold mashed potato and beef heart (which was very nearly inedible). I'm not convinced any of it was genuine Peruvian cuisine.
