This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to! I waited in line for 15 minutes, and they took orders one at a time! It took me 25 minutes from the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru until I finally got my food. To make matters worse, my iced coffee was awful! What a complete waste of time and money!
I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally reached the payment window, the staff member apologized and explained that they hadn't heard me because they were busy helping customers inside. I asked if I should go around again, and he said, "Yeah, maybe." So, I circled back but still received no response. In the end, I left without being served.
I ordered a cold brew and an iced coffee, but unfortunately, both were quite disappointing in flavor. I even sampled my friend's iced coffee to see if it was just mine, but hers tasted even worse. I ended up having to throw mine away, which was frustrating since I wasted $7. They really need to improve the quality of their coffee.
Amazing staff! The woman who helped me in the morning was exceptionally kind, and I really appreciated it!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I visited after placing a mobile order, but the staff member at the drive-thru completely ignored me. When I got to the window, he informed me that he didn't speak English and couldn't help me. He also refused to issue a refund. I will certainly be reaching out to corporate regarding this unacceptable experience.
