Situated in a nice area. Close to the I-10 freeway. Decent size parking lot. The shop is clean tidy. Restrooms are also kept clean. The customer service is okay but can be improved. An average shop/ restaurant of the El pollo loco chain. They were better in service in food taste. But I think their manager cook both have changed. The food service portion got less. The location is in a very busy intersection. Lots of panhandlers around area. The last time I was there, a drunk was passed out and lying in one of the chairs and the staff did nothing to evict him. I really lost my appetite. I will do drive thru next time. View all feedback.
