Situated in a nice area. Close to the I-10 freeway. Decent size parking lot. The shop is clean tidy. Restrooms are also kept clean. The customer service is okay but can be improved. What Bruce Montana doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
The location is in a very busy intersection. Lots of panhandlers around area. The last time I was there, a drunk was passed out and lying in one of the chairs and the staff did nothing to evict him. I really lost my appetite. I will do drive thru next time. View all feedback.
We ordered our meal online and it was ready when we arrived to pick it up. Food was fresh and tasty. We'll be back.

But, no more..I'm gonna revisit a couple more times shall update my review more negative or positive according to their service food.
