There were a few areas for improvement: one of the refreshing lemonade drinks came with a sign on the dispenser, and the tablet I used to place my order was out of order. It didn't show any errors until I tried to make my payment, which meant I had to stand in two different lines, which was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the restrooms could use some attention. That being said, it was still a good experience overall and the food quality was just as great as I expected. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed; I think considering a salary increase could help improve morale, especially for the hard work they do. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more for my meals if it meant better conditions for the employees.

Consistently perfect burgers. I used to place my order at the kiosk and then enjoy the outdoor seating (they offer al fresco dining) while waiting for my SMS notification. My order was ready in just ten minutes. Excellent service! Be sure to try the fries and onion rings, and don't forget to add extra cheese and bacon, along with a strawberry milkshake.

The customer service was impressively quick, friendly, and professional. There's ample parking available in the shopping center, though if you're just grabbing a quick bite, keep in mind that it’s a bit of a walk back to your car. Overall, it’s an excellent spot for both quick takeout and dine-in meals. Alex, in particular, exemplified outstanding customer service. He was sharp, fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. We all make mistakes, but not everyone has the courage to find solutions, and that’s what sets him apart. Once you reach that level, you really excel. Great job, Alex! I always say that people truly make a difference!

Good burger joint. Got a sourdough double char. It was delicious. Loved it and the fries are amazing. Not dipped in salt like most of the burger joints. Will come again.

The Habit Burger Grill is so delicious. As soon as you walk in you notice how clean the place is. There may be a line but it is well worth it for the quality of food you're getting. The charbroiled burgers are so tasty and come fully loaded with all the fixings. And they have the best onion rings ever.
