With so many dining options a... read more I visited on a Saturday and had a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service from the two employees at the counter. With so many dining options available, it's evident that the staff either lacks proper training in customer service or simply doesn't care. I will likely choose to order from other Subway locations in the area. I do not recommend this place!

While he said it playfully, it was awkward, inappropriate, and, most importantly, insulting and embarrassing to her as a woman. Kyle, here’s a tip: women don’t appreciate being called names like that, especially at their workplace. You should apologize and act more mature. On a positive note, the female employee was very friendly, professional, and made a great sandwich. Thanks for that! Overall, this would have been a 5-star experience if not for that uncomfortable moment.

The sandwiches were delicious and the place was clean, but the cashier's blank demeanor made the experience a bit uncomfortable. He only asked if I wanted cookies or chips and didn’t respond after I greeted him. Without any friendly interaction, I felt awkward and decided not to leave a tip.
