What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I ordered a popcorn chicken combo from this sonic and that's what I got for huh. it was almost all broth and not meat. I said the lady who is working on my meal at the time. She said that's exactly how our huh is. she did not want to replace the meal or do something about it. They were fast, and my food was great! I ordered a coney , and corn dog kids meal with tots and apple juice(build ur own options) and an additional corn dog for lunch tomorrow. Anywho, great late night snack! I also ordered the new oreo waffle cone. They said they mix the ice cream and double over cream and I thought it would be too sweet, it was great and NOT too sweet! Perfect combo. Waffles cone crumbled but not too much, try it! Only 2.99!
Overall, I have generally had a positive experience at Sonic. However, I was disappointed with the tater tots I ordered as they were old and overcooked. Even when I asked for a fresh batch, they just reheated the same ones in the microwave. I was not pleased with this experience.
This Sonic location is the worst to visit. They have repeatedly messed up my drink orders, even though I only order lemonade. How difficult is that to get right? One time, they gave me a slushee instead of regular lemonade and when I pointed it out, they gave me a new drink filled with ice. I barely got five sips before the lemonade was gone. The employees were rude and unhelpful, and even the manager showed no concern when I called to complain. The customer service here is terrible. I won't be returning to this location and I suggest you avoid it as well.
Terrible experience! I spent $20.00 and received cold, unfresh food. It took a long time for them to take my order, and even then they got it wrong. I had to wait an additional 14 minutes to get the correct food. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant. The only reason I gave it one star is because of the kind young man who seemed to feel sorry for the terrible service. Avoid this Sonic location at all costs!
Literally love Sonic . I had great customer service tonight at sonic, but my slushy taste like water and not a a lot of strawberry mix. When it was suppose to be a strawberry lemonade slushy. Plus my fries were old and soggy.
