Sara Lee Bakery - Glendale

I had no idea this place existed, especially since I usually shop at Family Dollar and QT next door. They have great prices, some of which even beat Walmart! A young clerk helped me out and explained the little quirks about the free bread offer with certain purchases. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hidden gem for my bread, especially with the bagels on sale right now!

First impression: the place was clean and well-lit. I was greeted with a smile, and the staff member asked if I was shopping there for the first time. They told me about a promotion for new customers, which was a nice touch. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I visited on a Thursday before a holiday, so the shelves were fairly stocked, and I found everything I needed at good prices. Overall, I would definitely shop here again.

On Tuesday, just before noon on June 14, 2022, the restaurant was bustling with customers. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed but managed everything quite well. At one point, someone inquired about English muffins, and the staff member mentioned that they were on sale. She glanced around at the crowd when she said this and then added that everyone could get one for just $1.

Super friendly, very helpful staff. I have dietary restrictions that make it difficult to buy bread. The clerk helped me with a couple suggestions. Prices are amazing too ?. 5/5 will shop again.
