This review is for their banquet room specifically. I’ve been a dj at this venue a few times now. It’s nice for smaller parties between 100-150 guests. Usually for more casual events. Not ideal for wedding in my opinions. They do have some sound restrictions because there are homes nearby. That’s something to think about because they asked me to put the volume down even though I only used 2 12” speakers. My speakers... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Phoenicia:
Horrible tasting food. The meat was very stale and tabbouleh was old. Packaging was horrible. All liquid spilled in my car. I will never order from here again. Definitely not worth the price. View all feedback.
This is the worst restaurant management I have ever experienced. I booked the banquet hall for my graduation party and was extremely disappointed. The floor in the restroom was so dirty that I had to clean it myself. When we asked for the A/C to be turned on, they did so but then told us we couldn't keep it on for 6 hours. We also inquired about champagne glasses multiple times, only to be told at the last minute that they didn't have any, forcing us to purchase our own for $250. Additionally, they only provided four glasses of each type at the table, citing their policy that no one drinks all types of beverages at once. At 11 o'clock, the owner approached the DJ to lower the music without informing us beforehand, claiming it was their policy. When I questioned him about this, he rudely told me that it was my responsibility to ask. I strongly advise anyone considering renting this venue to ensure all details are discussed beforehand or choose another option. I will never return to this restaurant and will not recommend it to anyone.
This restaurant was one of the best places for a mezze-style meal that I have ever been to. The food was incredibly delicious and every dish I tried was exceptional. I stuck to the vegetarian options, of which there were many to choose from. My friend's father kindly ordered for our group, taking into account all of our dietary restrictions. Even the meat-eaters in our party raved about the non-vegetarian dishes. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciate balance in flavors, and this restaurant did not disappoint. The standout dishes for me were the lemon potatoes, falafel, fattoush, shaftlish, mujaddarah, mousaka, hommos, and baba ghanouj. The variety on the menu was impressive, and each dish exceeded our expectations. The presentation of the food was excellent. We ordered family-style and there was plenty of food for all ten of us, including a generous platter of meat as an entree. The staff was attentive and the service was consistently good throughout the evening. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, with live music adding to the atmosphere. There is also a lounge area outside with hookahs available. They offer valet service and have a private dining room for special events.
Cons: The major downside is the extremely poor attitude of the host, which gives off an unwelcoming vibe.
The waiter was very informative and friendly, as this was our first time.

The food was good. Maybe not as much variety as other venues. Parking on the street is limited, so you’ll probably have to valet unless you’re ok to walk a bit.The seating outside seems nice and a good place to gather with friends on weekends.
