Kopan Sushi Ramen - Glendale

This is a fantastic ramen place in Glendale, and they serve sushi as well! The kuro mayu ramen includes charshu, bamboo, woodear mushrooms, corn, bean sprouts, and black garlic oil. The portion is generous and incredibly satisfying. Overall, it's a delicious bowl of ramen!

I visited the restaurant to speak with the manager about offering my services to help increase business. While I was having the conversation, I noticed an employee and a cook eavesdropping and watching us intently, which made me feel uncomfortable. I even asked if they wanted to join the discussion, but I was met with a rude attitude despite trying to provide my assistance for free. Overall, I felt disrespected during my visit. I wouldn't recommend this place; there are plenty of better options on Brand!

Great sushi place! Server was very sweet, sushi was delicious and I've had their ramen for takeout and it's been great too! Definitely gonna be a regular date night spot

Been here a couple times with my family and each time it’s gotten better. Besides the good food, the staff is so attentive and polite! Appreciate how detailed the staff was with our table.Kid-friendliness: Server made sure my 3yr old nephew had a plastic fork and no glass
