I give a 10 star to the employees that are working there.But a one start to their working environment, it was hot. Ter inside than outside and outside was a 100°.Today management should do something to take care of their employees. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Perfect for battling this hot day in Glendale, California. The drink really hit the spot and helped me cool down. The staff was friendly and quick, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. When I inquired about my order, they said they would make it right away. However, since I had to leave, I requested a refund. The response from both employees was unprofessional, and they seemed unsure about how to process the refund. They even suggested that I come back another time for it. Unfortunately, I had to leave without resolving the issue. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
