What Sharon Orn dislikes about Hatsatoun:
totally demolished, had 40 guests and they delivered 1 server and surprised me for $460 “service fees” that was not included when we booked the venue. all guests complain about the service, but eating was okay. By the way, there is no owner or management, they have to book it with the chef or one of the servers, at least mine was so. and they also treat them as they owe them something, not that they are the customer.... I'm from Spain and always craving lamb shops that bring my tastebuds home... well this place has amazing lamb shops and the customer service is like your home... a must try

I came here on a rainy day which was perfect for xash. The soup tasted homemade and it came with fresh lavash. We also ordered a salad and fries. Both really flavorful fresh.The service was fantastic. Everyone was really nice and we got checked up often. Such a nice family restaurant. We will be coming back!

We recently celebrated my mom's birthday at this restaurant and it was fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The servers were incredibly sweet and pleasant, providing the best service. The live music was outstanding and felt like a private concert. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm, positive, cheerful, and inviting. The food was also delicious and I really enjoyed the interior design. The overall experience was memorable and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience.
