Description

At this local burger joint, diners are expressing growing dissatisfaction. Once praised for quality, the food has declined, with paltry portion sizes and overcooked meals becoming common complaints. Many patrons report wallets feeling significantly lighter after receiving small burgers and inadequate fries at steep prices. Poor service further marred experiences, highlighted by slow wait times and unprofessional interactions with staff. While some have enjoyed decent meals, management's treatment of employees has also come under fire, suggesting a need for improved leadership. Overall, this establishment may struggle to retain customers amidst these mounting issues.

I was accused of lying about a refund that I NEVER GOT! This entire situation started after I was given incorrect and sloppy food at this location. The district manager told me I could go to any Midwest Five Guys location for a meal replacement and a refund. I went to a different location because I did not want to return to this one. At the other location I was given a meal replacement and supposedly a refund that I NEVER GOT! After waiting weeks I noticed my refund never entered my account. I went to speak to the manager at this location and was spoken to and treated as if I was wasting his time.

Good food and service, but $16 for just a fast food burger and fries is way too pricey. Especially considering the similar competition down the street. I'd be back more often if the prices were more.fair. Good luck.

The food was great on 8/7. The manager however who was there about one pm needs a lesson on how to talk to employees. Granted some weren’t wearing their masks properly but to scream and berate them in the public is very u professional. No wonder there is a now hiring sign. Lead by example to the short dark haired manager.

I need to grab a small burger before I go again! I paid $11.29 for such a tiny cheeseburger! Kopp's Custard down the street offers larger and better options at a lower price!
