I used to love the Potbelly sandwich, but like many others, I will not be returning to the Glendale location. I visited last week and as soon as I walked in, there was a strange smell. The Soda machine was broken, but I still wanted to place an order. What really bothered me was that two employees were chatting loudly in front of me while I was waiting to order. Generally this location is great. Today was not the best. Hardly any staff. I wanted a meatball sub but there were no meatballs. I ordered the chicken club. The chicken was cold and it probably didn’t help that I had to wait longer than usual on a shake. There were no tomatoes. And there was hardly any staff. The staff there today was doing their best. Tables messy. I paid $17.57 of my hard earned money on garbage. It will be awhile before I return.

So I’ve been coming back and forth to Milwaukee for a while for work and I have come here twice in the last 2 weeks. The staff here is very nice and friendly! My food has be great! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
