I was thrilled to see this restaurant open in Arizona! It was one of my go-to spots when I lived in San Diego, and I always made sure to visit a location whenever I was in California. What C W doesn't like about Epic Wings:
Not EPIC, just okay. I had the 6 piece hot wings (bone-in) and they were just okay, nothing special. The fries were mediocre at best but the ranch was good. The best part of the whole meal were the breadsticks just because they tasted the most fresh. View all feedback.
I was thrilled to see this restaurant open in Arizona! It was one of my go-to spots when I lived in San Diego, and I always made sure to visit a location whenever I was in California. I was overjoyed when this restaurant opened here. I visit about once a month. While the staff is fantastic, this location doesn't quite live up to the standards of the San Diego locations. The chicken, especially the boneless wings, are consistently overcooked and lacking in sauce. However, the management team is always quick to make a new batch if requested. I just wish they would get it right the first time! The breadsticks are great and my boyfriend's favorite.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I placed an order and had to wait for my food while the only two employees were outside throwing out the trash. They were chatting in front of the dumpster while I could hear the oven in the back beeping. When they finally came back in, they quickly bagged up our food and then left again to go to a donut shop next door. One of the orders of wings was covered in a strange yellow liquid and soggy. I wanted to ask for a refund, but there was no one available to help me. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to warn others about my disappointing experience.
I have driven bybthis place almost every day, and being a Professional Foodie, I was interested. Plain interior, 3 employees were sitting eating lunch. A brunette with black nails helped me at register. I was disappointed that she did not explain the order to me. I did notnike the fact that I had to tip the register person before I could pay. A server I could understand, but the register person for a to-go order? Honey BQ wings were not bad, the bread more awesome than Olive Garden, but the parmasean wings left much to be desired.
I ordered wings to eat at this restaurant, and the girl with glasses provided extremely poor customer service! The food was okay, but I did not feel welcomed in this establishment.
Now this is some delicious stuff. I had the honey bbq fries. Combo #2. Mix it up and eat it. The bread sticks are amazing as well.
