Although Cinnabon may be expensive, the quality is consistently high and it is worth the price.

One of their names was Kiana, and I am not sure if she w... read more I want to give a big shoutout to the young lady and manager who were working on 9/12 at the restaurant. One of their names was Kiana, and I am not sure if she was the manager or just an employee. I had placed an order on Uber Eats, but only half of it was delivered. The Uber driver did not offer to go back and get the rest of my order, but instead blamed the staff at Cinnabon. I called Cinnabon and had exceptional service. The employee was very professional and helped me work with the manager to find a solution. I asked if my card could be refunded, and initially, I was told I had to deal with Uber Eats. However, the employee and manager took it upon themselves to call Uber Eats and resolve the issue. I received an email confirming that my card would be refunded. They truly went above and beyond, and I am very grateful. Thank you!

I was disappointed as the payment had been deducted from my account immediately upon ordering. The owner promised an urgent refund, but it has yet to be processed. I'm unsure when or if I will receive my money back, but I hope this review helps others avoid similar issues with this establishment.
