However, today I experienced the worst service, and I won't be returning. When I arrived and tried to place my order, one of the employees was incredibly rude and impatient. On top of the poor service, I ended up with food poisoning. The grill and the area behind the counter were visible and appeared very unclean, and the staff were using their hands to handle the spicy ingredients without changing gloves. The station was quite dirty. Overall, I will not be coming back.

Not only are the employees very rude and combative, but every time I have gone here they have ruined my order in one way or another. they either “forget” to inc... read more Not only are the employees very rude and combative, but every time I have gone here they have ruined my order in one way or another. they either “forget” to include what you have paid for, or they plainly did not care to pay attention to what you have ordered. there have been plenty of times i have placed a mobile order and have had to drive back and return it just to deal with a very rude employee that makes you uncomfortable. i take into mind that many places are understaffed, but i have come to this establishment when it was nearly empty and the employees were just standing around and talking. my mobile order was not ready and almost everything i asked for was “out”. do not bother coming to this location unless you are expecting to deal with terrible customer service and a sloppy/inaccurate order.
