The only thing she thinks about getting 5 stars is the food quality. It's not bad, but it could be better.

I stood awkwardly at the counter for 5 minutes or so while the two up front were putting together a mobile order. They did not even acknowledge me. I would have been content with a “Ill be right with you” or anything really. Especially since I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. I ended up just leaving without even getting the opportunity to order my food. No one said a word.

However, today I experienced the worst service, and I won't be returning. When I arrived and tried to place my order, one of the employees was incredibly rude and impatient. On top of the poor service, I ended up with food poisoning. The grill and the area behind the counter were visible and appeared very unclean, and the staff were using their hands to handle the spicy ingredients without changing gloves. The station was quite dirty. Overall, I will not be coming back.

The cashier sa... read more It took a very long time to be acknowledged by anyone when we walked in. The girl had her back to us while she was messing around with some food. The cashier saw us and said nothing, she walked away. After many attempts to get her to notice us, shefinally finished messing around with food and turned her attention to us. Customer service is not important anymore and it seemsemployees don't care. The tables were not clean and the lemonade tasted old like it was spoiled.

Every time we place mobile orders at this location, we get shorted on food. They get paid what? $16 an hour or so and you can?t evenhold yourselves accountable for filling a bowl.
