Burger King - Glendale

Last night I ordered 3 huren, pommes and nuggets. I have not 1 of the whores, the $6.99 and the pommes were freezing. I called the number nine times and nobody answered. this is the second order in a series that I have been shortened a man. will not go back there.

Fast food is supposed to be fast. Im sitting outside for 15 mins and counting.. with another car waiting for my food that cost me $50 for 4 people. I could be in a restaurant for this. Burger King needs to lower prices and fix staff.

As a person who use to work the restaurant industry, it takes a lot to impress me. This store impressed me. I pulled up to a long line in drivethru and I was certain it would take 20 mins at least. Instead my order was taken with politeness and it was accurate. Person who took the order was actually listening. When I rolled up to window, the cashier was waiting for me with a smile. Got my order about 30 seconds after I pulled up. Person who packed it took it back and doublechecked because he realized an item was missing. So I didn't wait 20 mins, took 5 mins. Food was hot, fresh and correct. Service was friendly. I don't eat at hamburger joints often but I will eat here again

This location is the best!!!! The night employees are awesome! The drive thru is always speedy. The kid with pink hair is so nice and the manager is awesome.

My advice, keep on driving, this place is not worth your time. Why? 1. The establishment does not participate in the BK rewards app (per cashier they do not accept codes from mobile devices). 2. The inside smelled like there's possibly some plumbing issues).
