Only have four stars because we took it to go. When we can go inside and sit I will re-eval for fifth star. Good was great. Sauce was outstanding. Pay on the phone was very pleasant and answered all the questions we had. Order was ready on time and my assigned spot in the lot was open.

The... read more This restaurant is fantastic! We had a group of 23 visiting for the weekend at Attitash and decided to have our dinner catered from Joseph’s Spaghetti Shed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I placed my order in advance, and Beth was excellent at keeping in touch via email. Everything was prepared and ready for us when we went to pick it up, complete with clear instructions on how to cook the dishes. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the meal, especially the chicken broccoli Alfredo and garlic butter!

Recently, we had a large group visiting over the holiday weekend and decided to place a big order through their website to take home. The food was fantastic, everything was prepared on time, and it made our lives so much easier. We'll definitely be doing this again!

Our waiter was nice and attentive and took care of us... read more The food was awesome and the place was cozy. When we arrived it was empty but soon filled up with guests. Our waiter was nice and attentive and took care of us well. I only have one complaint and that is that I wish the chicken parm had a breaded option instead of just grilled. I prefer the chicken to be dryer which the breading helps with, then I dip it in the sauce as I eat so it's not water logged. This was grilled and then placed in a dish with sauce and then topped with cheese. It was still good just not they way I would've liked it. If they change it up I'll definitely come back to try that out. Not pictured was the apple crisp we got to go, which was fantastic!
