All of the restaurant and Kitchen staff where excellent. we enjoyed the food, presentation and the professionalism of the restaurant staff. Thanks for putting up with our quirky humour. What User doesn't like about Crystal Room Restaurant:
Night 1 of the festival, we went to the RSL to start a great week-end by seeing "Murphy's Pig's". We ordered a meal at the restaurant only to have to wait for an hour and a half for our meal. After an hour, we asked to cancel our order and get our money back so that we could eat elsewhere. We were quite rudely refused and told that our meal was only ten minutes away. Service was horrible even with no other customers. Food was below average with the restaurant food not only being more expensive but also less variety. Restaurant food seemed to be cooked by a inexperience cook with no flavour or seasoning and the veggies being frozen. BETTER EATING ELSEWHERE.
Wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service, food, drinks, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We dined in for dinner and everything was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a 5-star rating.
The service at this restaurant was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. The atmosphere was pleasant, although not quite reaching the level of a perfect score. Overall, a great dining experience.

Mid april was the venue very covid compliant with friendly and helpful staff. we use the nsw state gow covid app. we both enjoyed our rump steak vege dinner. huge and very delicate steaks. I wish I could routinely. buy such high quality meat back in brisbane. the venue was quite busy the week with a mix of local and other traveling.
