Nice atmosphere, cool people and we had the 2 IPA's that were on tap. Both were very good! It was just a quick stop to check out a potential hang out spot, seeing how we are new to the area. I'm pretty sure we'll become regulars! View all feedback.
What Zachary Liszka doesn't like about Noble Savage Brewing Company:
I messaged the business Instagram page and explained to them that noble savage is a derogatory term for NA/AN people. Even a cursory Google search would have told them that. The owner told me he didn 't find it derogatory and stopped responding to me and blocked me. So, that 's cool, I guess. View all feedback.
Really liked this place, I had first tried it when they opened! Has been continued to be excellent. Deff worth a stop!
Picked up some really good IPA cans from here. These guys are the real deal.
Whenever we are on vacation I search for good brewery options. We are staying in Hempstead visiting from Delaware. The reviews I read pegged this as the best option for beer quality in this part of Long Island. Untappd agreed, so we went. Long story short, this is the highest quality place I have found on the Island so far. Located in Glen Cove, Noble Savage has a small bit excellent set of beers. Their IPAs are particularly strong. I actually regretted that I was unable to take anything with me since we are traveling. The ambience is nice. It's an old school tavern look with a lot of dark wood. The person behind the bar was great. She made recommendations and we talked a little bit about the brewery. I rarely go back to places that I vacation because I like trying new places but I will go back here. If you are in the area check them out.

Absolutely adore this place and glad it's finally getting the notice it deserves. Nothing against the other larger breweries in the general vicinity of Nassau County, but as someone who has been part of the craft scene having spent my 20s in WIlliamsburg, Brooklyn, Noble Savage just produces better beer in my opinion. Some of the best NEIPAs in the state are coming out of this gem PERIOD. Absolutely worth a visit to Glen Cove. Wish NS nothing but future success. If my wife doesn't complain about the visits (she's never drank a beer in her whole life) then they must be doing something right with the setting and atmosphere. Bring your own food it's always welcomed. Chill music list, and love the work ethic put forth. Might not be the biggest brewery but they are producing liquid that is honestly standing up along side some of the bigger names both on the island and city and by bigger names well, if you know craft, you should know what breweries I'm talking about.
