What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
My last visit was not so pleasant. (drive-thru) I ordered two slices of pumpkin loaf not warmed [I do not like warm sweet bread] SO, both slices had been warmed up and one of the slices was crumbled in the bag. I know for a fact I did nothing to deserve this. NOT a pleasant visit. View all feedback.

The team here was friendly and attentive, but I felt they could engage more with customers instead of chatting amongst themselves behind the counter. Overall, it was a good experience.
When I got to the restaurant, the door was locked, and I noticed a slightly inconvenient sign stating that the dining area was closed for training. This forced me to consider going to another location that was 10 minutes away. At that point, I just wanted to go home and relax after a long day, so driving further didn't seem worth it. I also worried they might not fulfill my mobile order since I had placed it specifically for this location. As soon as I started my drive back, I received a notification that my order was ready. But ready at which location? If their lobby is going to be closed for an extended period, they should disable mobile ordering. A refund would be appreciated, but honestly, I’d rather they find a way to prevent this kind of inconvenience for myself and others. I can definitely remove this place from my list of favorites.
I absolutely adore this location! The staff is incredibly kind, generous, and friendly. It’s always a bit sad when they close, but I really look forward to when they open again!
