They normally mess up my coffee 8/10 times which is a simple order hot coffee with extra cream and sugar, well this week my girlfriend ordered on her Dunkin and I picked it up, hit the drive thru to tell them I’m here get to the window for some Hispanic lady yelling at me that the order is for walk in . Who the hell are you to be yelling at me? I assume she was a manager or something View all feedback.
So slow take 45 mins in drive thru with only 3 cars in
I work doing doordash, I went in to pick up the order, after several minutes without someone assisting me, when I asked about the order this person wanted every detail of the customer, which many times the customer only puts an ID number, but she doesn't. He understood, the worst thing was that he told me that I only work for Doordash. She is wrong because I am also a DD customer, and she also starts making irrelevant comments with the other employees. But where was I as a human being? Am I worth less for doing doordash?I am Hispanic and like Indian people, we are here for better opportunities.

Been here multiple time never got any help always rude they lied and said we didn’t order anything but we did through the mobile app never coming back to this
Im a juvenile diabetic and every time I ask for FLAVOR SHOTS they put in swirls. Met the owner Mr. Patel in the past however when this happened a 3rd time, and my sugar was over 300, he told me he would not talk to me. The employees claim to not have names. They threatened to call the cops. Talk about discrimination.
