Chipotle Mexican Grill - Glen Burnie

Chipotle is going down the drain fast. The franchise that was founded on good food, with great portions, with fresh ingredients. Now want to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Even the dressing that everyone love to add to the meal is being charged. At $1.55 per not even half way filled cup is outrageous. I haven't found these price gouging shenanigans at any other restaurants but I highly recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHIPOTLE.

I placed an order online and when I received my bowl, the toppings that were supposed to be in it were listed on a sticker on the lid. However, when I opened it, there were 3+ extra toppings that I did not request. This is not the first time this has happened. Overall, the service was rated 1 out of 5.

This is hands down the worst chipotle around. They never stock up on ingredients, and are always out of something. It's very dirty and messy, I've never seen a worker clean anything but didn't have a problem making a mess. Lastly, very slow service and you should be prepare to wait in a long line for a long time.Food: 1/5

I ordered a bowl with beans, but there was not a single bean in it. I had to add my own beans because the restaurant didn't include any. It was disappointing to have to do this myself. I expect to receive all the items I paid for when dining out.

In my opinion, this Chipotle location is the best in the area. The Severna Park location doesn't compare. The service line is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the service is fast, and the food is fresh. I have also used them for catering and they went above and beyond my expectations. I even travel further from my house just to get Chipotle from this location. I am looking forward to the opening of the Pasadena location, hoping they will be just as great. They also offer options that are Keto and Whole 30 friendly for those with dietary restrictions.
