Trattoria Funistrada offers a cozy atmosphere and attentive service, making it a preferred spot for both casual diners and special occasions. Guests appreciate the diverse menu, with standout dishes like veal saltimbocca and chicken saltimbocca earning high praise. The wine list is well-curated and reasonably priced, complementing the flavorful meals. However, some diners noted inconsistencies in dish quality, particularly with steak and salmon. With limited seating, reservations are highly recommended, especially during the summer. Despite a few minor hiccups, the overall dining experience is marred by only occasional noise, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable meal for patrons.
First diners and we will definitely be back! great service, great eating from large menus. lachs picatta was excellent as the chicken artichoke court. too many delicious sounding options, so will go again to try more!

Tucked away in a cute house in Burdickville...a must go to place when in the area. Staff is awesome and food is not too bad either. Wish they had more fish selections tho.
Our group had mixed opinions about the restaurant. We all agreed that the service was excellent—knowledgeable and prompt. Personally, I found the pasta dishes to be quite good, as well as the veal and chicken options. However, some other dishes, like the steak and salmon, were only mediocre. The wine list is nice and reasonably priced. The restaurant is small, with about 14 to 16 tables, so reservations are a must. There’s no kids' menu, and they charge $16 for split plates, which gives it a clear adult-oriented vibe. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but just not enough to warrant a higher rating.
I enjoyed a delightful dinner once more, relishing the tortellini and eggplant parmesan. The staff was charming and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you, Team Funistrada!
