As always, Blu delivers excellent food. I enjoyed the escargot and gnocchi appetizers, followed by the swordfish and duck confit. Everything was incredibly delicious. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend Blu for anyone seeking a refined dining experience and an exquisite menu.
The stunning views of Manitou Island and Lake Michigan are perfectly complemented by exceptional food and outstanding service. I enjoyed the Swordfish with shrimp and lobster sauce, while my husband chose the chef’s signature Duck Confit. The crab puff appetizers were the perfect way to begin our meal. Our server, Mary, was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent service. We will definitely return.
