Waffle House - Glen Allen

When they come to this place for a long time, and the pandemic really went through well, but last year the service has gone down slowly and it has finally come to the point where I never come back to this place and there can never be Waffle House again because this is not the only place where I had problems. My food is never right and if I asked to fix my food, I'm treated awfully. Well, I can say the food always comes fast the hash browns are usually cold. And God forbid you to ask on your hash-browns that they serve not cheese or onions have good luck ever getting them. I'm just finished and I suggest that everyone who comes to this place will find something different.

Good food, but bad cleanliness customer service. I called my order in was said that I could 't get my total because it was busy .. than in-person customers are more important than call-in customers. He said the order was about $20, but it was actually closer to $30. When I arrived to pick up, I was not greeted. Lived or not, a greeting is the mere minimum. Also the wafer stations have tons of stacked dough.... I hope they're careful with soot contamination.

The waffles were not very good. I've had better at a diner. However, the hash browns were delicious and coffee was very good(He just made a fresh pot).

It's majorly good for takeouts. We went with 6 people and there was no table for holding 6 people, we had to split on adjacent table. The maximum on one table is 4. There omlette is very good and servers are super nice. Waffles of course was also good. For vegetarians, it's only waffle but if you are into eggs, they customize it for you. Parking is available mostly and it's very accessible.

The waitress was so nice.??The food was also hot and delicious. Sending a special thanks to the gentleman who surprised us by paying our tab and he did it secretly. There are good people in the world today! God is good!
