Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Glen Allen

I’m a regular customer at this location due to the convenience of being close to my office. This location has made significant improvements! If I had done my review after the first few visits, it would have been a 2 star. I place my order through the app, and every time I went to pick it up, I would stand there waiting.... no one ever greeted me or even looked my way. They just kept on doing whatever they were doing. I even had an employee walk to the front counter, not even address or acknowledge me and walk away as if I didn’t exist. I’ve seen great improvements with that though. And the food is always delicious, freshly prepared. The restaurant is always clean. Keep up the great work and keep striving for improvement!

The gentleman at the register was very helpful. He was on his way out the door he took the time to show my sister I how to work the Tropical Smoothie App. The receipt has the name Ravyn M, not sure v is that's him. Need more young ppl like him at the register.
