Taco Bell - Glen Allen

I usually love Taco Bell, but this was one of the worst meals I've had from them. Both burritos I ordered were double-wrapped in tortillas, which was just too excessive. They forgot to include an entire taco from my order, left out the jalapeños on my nachos, and didn’t provide any of the hot sauce I requested.

Barely any chicken in any of the taco /chalupa. One of them had maybe 4 small pieces of chicken, ridiculous.

This Taco Bell location is absolutely AWFUL, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered today and all of the tacos in the Taco Party Pack were literally wet with water (there was water all over the taco wrappers) and very very soggy, the beef was so dry, cold and tasted disgusting. The Cinnabon Delights 12 Pack were rock hard and cold. The one drink that I ordered, Mountain MTN DEW , was soda water and they didnt have Mountain Dew Baja Blast which EVERY SINGLE TACO BELL HAS. I have 3 young boys that LOVE Taco Bell but would not touch the food, It was just an all around horrible experience and I will never ever order from there again

I eat at Taco Bell frequently, but this time was really disappointing. The Cinnamon Twists had no cinnamon sugar on them, and all the food was soggy and wet. My chicken chalupa had a sour taste. The chips were rubbery and hard to chew, and the nacho cheese dip was ice cold. I was really let down after spending $30.
